Creating Your Account
Getting started with ScoreKeep is quick and easy:
- Click "Get started free" on the homepage
- Enter your name, email address, and create a strong password
- Check your email for a verification link
- Click the link to verify your email and activate your account
Password requirements: Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
First Steps
Once your account is created, here's what to do next:
1. Add Your First Game
Navigate to the Games page from your dashboard and click "Add Game". You can search BoardGameGeek's database to automatically add games with all their details, or add custom entries for games not in the database.
2. Create Your Family (Optional)
If you want to share your collection and track plays with family members, go to the Family page and create your family. You can then invite members by email or add offline members (like young children) who don't need their own accounts.
3. Log Your First Game Session
After playing a game, use the "Add Session" button to log who played and who won. This takes less than a minute and starts building your statistics.
